"Working with Maryl was nothing short of inspirational!  Maryl is a "woman who gets it" and is
interested in helping in all areas of life that may be hindering a healthy lifestyle.  She listened
carefully to my struggles, needs, and wants in a total body fitness program, and consistently
updated it as we met milestones or came across stumbling blocks.  

Maryl did all of the following:

~ Designed an eating plan that I liked and could easily follow with my schedule and income.
~ Designed a fitness program that met my specific needs and updated our work-outs regularly.
~ Varied our workout every session so that I was consistently challenged and never bored.
~ Listened to my struggles and helped me overcome emotional setbacks.
~ Was always upbeat and positive!  
~ Stretched my limits beyond what I thought was possible.

Most importantly, Maryl was my biggest cheerleader! She never gave up on me, and never let me
give up on myself.  While working out with Maryl I have lost several inches, gained muscle mass
and toned up, and gained loads of self confidence in the things I can accomplish! I am now an
aerobics instructor because of the fitness level Maryl was able to help me achieve!"
